China has one of the fastest growing economies in the world. Setting up an entity can often be a daunting task, with constantly changing rules and regulations. This is where we can help. Our China Desk assists Chinese companies expanding into Europe and North America and non-Chinese companies expanding into China. Our dedicated China team comprises multilingual (including Mandarin) speakers who have a wealth of experience assisting multinational companies structuring all over the world. The China desk is led by Sylvester Gooijers.
Our Israel desk was established to support Israeli companies in their outbound international activities, and assist overseas based companies with doing business in Israel. The Israel desk is led by Alex Brainis, our Managing Director based in Toronto, Canada. Alex is a corporate lawyer by trade and speaks fluent Hebrew.
